With prior approval, our church facility is available to be used for one-time special services and by external groups for recurring events. The expectation is that the facility will be used with respect and left in the state it is found.   

Request Approval

Designated point of contact should reach out to our Pastor or the Council Chair and provide the details with the desired timeframe.  Indicate whether you need any church support such as Pastor, Music, Parking Assistance, Meal/Reception set up and clean up. 

Weddings and Funerals

Both weddings and funeral services fall into this category. Please indicate with the approval request any support needed in addition to the building.

Burial in Cemetary

The cemetery is managed separately from the church, while working in collaboration when needed.  If you wish to arrange burial in the Prospect Cemetary, please use these guidelines.

External Groups

Follow the same process to seek approval. Examples of groups that use the facility now are Exercise Class, Al-Anon, and Quilting Group.
