We are undertaking an update of our membership rolls in order to assure accurate information on members Prospect UMC. You can help by verifying the information we have on file for you and your family by answering the questions below. We will also be celebrating Homecoming April 26, 2026 and would like to invite you to join us, regardless of your membership status.

Please find forms in the fellowship hall or download here. You can leave the completed form at church or mail to the church.  If you leave at church it is fine to place it in the collection plate.
