Mary Ann Johnson was honored for her faithful service to PUMC since 1990 at Homecoming. We wish Mary Ann much love and peace as she enjoys her family, friends, church from the pew, and all of her years to come. We are all thankful and blessed for the music and time you shared with us. 

Mary Ann succeeded her mother Elfreda Johnson who assumed the role in 1975 following Virginia Moseley. When Mary Ann began playing, her mother became Choir Director and served in that capacity until 1997 when Cynthia Vincent assumed the role of Choir Director until 2004. In 2009, Mary Ann donated the beautiful piano to the church that had belonged to her mother.
