We encourage laity involvement during Sunday Service and there are 2 opportunities where volunteers are requested and appreciated:

• Reader and Greeter
• Snacks for Fellowship Time

Reader and Greeter

This role which is often a husband-wife or other 2-person team welcomes those attending church as they enter the door, stationed in the Narthex. This is a great opportunity to meet and greet your church family. We ask that on Sunday's when you are assigned that you be at church and ready to greet at 8:45 AM.

The reader role occurs during service following the Affirmation of Faith. It entails reading the First Scripture Reading from the pulpit.  The reading will be printed and on the pulpit.  It is important to read what is printed as it matches what is on the screen display.

There is a signup sheet on the bulletin board or table below in the fellowship hall.

If something comes up, we ask that you make an effort to switch dates with someone who is already signed up.  If no luck please let Peggy Donochod know.
